Tailored Inspections will provide you with an independent, third-party storm damage assessment, giving you detailed photographic documentation (with captions) that can prove invaluable in the insurance claim process. A Storm Damage Assessment Includes:
- Interior* and exterior assessment (roof included) of residential or commercial property
- A visual examination of the building’s structure, grounds, and systems
- A report with captioned photographs of the damage
Plus: We include thermal imaging at no extra charge! Thermal imaging is especially helpful in cases of flood / storm surge damage, revealing how high the water reached, and which areas of the building are saturated.
*If no one is available to let our inspector into the building, we can perform an exterior assessment only (price does not change). Please make a note in the “Additional Notes” section when booking your inspection.

- We are NOT insurance adjusters. We are an independent, LOCAL home inspection company, offering a third-party assessment that you can use to protect yourself. Our damage documentation provides essential evidence to help you avoid an argument with an insurance adjuster.
- When you book your inspection, we will assign you to a time window, NOT a specific time. This will allow us to schedule as many assessments as possible. Of course, once you book a time window on our calendar, your slot is guaranteed.
