What Mold Testing Includes
Tailored Inspections takes air samples, swabs, and physical tape samples of mold. We send these samples to a lab for analysis. You will receive a written report about the type and quantity of any spores found in relation to the control sample taken on the exterior of the home
When Mold Is Not Visible
Keep in mind that Florida is very strict in regards to mold. Although we are qualified to test and take samples, we can’t legally perform mold inspections or advise you on the findings of any samples taken. This is why in most cases, unless there is visible mold, we will refer you to a mold contractor. Although this would mean losing a potential sale, we would rather help you get the answers you need than take payment for something you may need to have re-done by a licensed mold remediation contractor.
