Condo Inspections

What is a Condo Inspection?

A condo inspection is handled the same way as a home inspection — a visual examination of the structure, grounds, and systems that looks for physical and safety defects. The difference is that for a condo we only inspect the parts of the unit that you expressly own. Exterior and community areas are not included.

We provide condo inspections in Port Charlotte, Rotonda West, Englewood, North Port, Venice, Boca Grande and Little Gasparilla. Our full service area extends from Cape Coral to Sarasota!

What is a Tailored Inspection?

Internachi certified condo inspector

One of our licensed, InterNACHI certified inspectors will spend an average of 3 hours examining and investigating the condo. After the inspection, we will provide you with a detailed report. Our condo inspections are the most thorough and complete in the area.

Condo Inspection Report

After your Tailored condo inspection, we will send you a detailed report, including pictures, descriptions, and recommendations. All pictures will have arrows or marks to make it easy to spot the issue. We evaluate each interior area and system in its own separate section of your report. This makes for the easiest, most readable, and clearest report available.

With a Tailored Inspections report, you will be able to easily and analytically see all the issues affecting your potential home. Then, you can make your purchase decision with peace of mind.

Certified Infrared Inspections

Each of our inspectors is certified for Infrared Thermography. We include this service/tool with every home and condo inspection at no additional charge. We believe you shouldn’t be charged more to have your inspection done right.

We provide thermal imaging of items such as the ceilings, hot water, electrical panel, and air conditioning. With the help of thermal imaging, we can detect issues that are not visible to the naked eye.

Thermal imaging can be used to detect problems like:

  • Water Intrusion
  • Water Leaks
  • Overheating Wiring
  • Missing Insulation
  • Leaks in Air Ducts
  • And More!
