“Super professional company. I am based in Miami and were looking for an inspector for a shopping center we had under contract In North Port that was constructed in 2003. Charles send us a competitive quote with professional plumbers, electricians, AC technician etc… they spent the entire day inspecting the property and he sent us a very detailed 102 page report nothing was missed. Reports from different professionals. Pretty amazing. We don’t have inspectors like this in Miami. And if we did most properties would fail inspections!! Good job Charles and thanks again.”
